Our final transnational meeting was held under the leadership of Beytüşşebap Municipality in Şırnak, Turkey. The meeting was successfully completed from 12.10.2023 to 13.10.2023. Representatives from all partner institutions except CPIP attended the meeting. On the first day of the meeting, there was a general evaluation of all outputs and the assessment of final revisions. Following this, EU&PRO representatives briefed all partners on the current status of the BeeNEET platform. Long-term institutional planning was discussed concerning the project’s achieved objectives. Discussions were held on sustaining partnerships with participant institutions and conducting more projects that address needs in the long term. During this meeting, drafts and content for Io-4 Digital Marketing Training Material were completed. Details regarding the design and compilation of the material were discussed by APIS, and a final deadline was set based on mutual agreement. Subsequently, a final deadline was set for all partner institutions to translate IO-4 into their respective languages. The agenda for the second day focused on upcoming multiplier events, with dates and content planning arranged. Beytüşşebap Municipality Mayor HabiP AŞAN awarded participation certificates to all attendees and expressed gratitude to all participants for their contributions, thus concluding the meeting and the project. Afterwards, participants visited the highlands where beekeeping activities were actively conducted, gaining insights into beekeeping activities in the Şırnak region. The group then visited the Technology Transfer Office at Şırnak University, where they were briefed on machinery and analysis in the bee and bee product examination laboratories established in collaboration with Beytüşşebap Municipality. Additionally, they visited the Şırnak University Rector, Prof. Dr. Abdurrahim ALKIŞ, discussing project objectives and seeking their contribution to dissemination activities. Later, they visited the Şırnak Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, where they discussed project goals and objectives with the Provincial Director, Oktay Sezgin, who wished success for the project and discussed the beekeeping potential in Şırnak province. Following the visit to the Directorate, a technical tour was organized to Şırnak honey production facility, where participants observed the production, conditions, varieties, and storage areas of Şeh-i Nuh honey, which was then shared with all partner institution representatives. The next stop was the Şırnak Beekeepers Union, where they learned about the opportunities provided to beekeepers in the region and had the chance to taste and examine the honey produced by local beekeepers. After two fruitful days, Mayor Habip AŞAN extended his gratitude to all participants and bid farewell.
